How do I return my Crumpler product?

Unused merchandise ordered through our website may be returned for any reason within 14 days of purchase.

Sale items can only be exchanged.

For all other returns please ensure that the merchandise is in new condition with all labels and tags attached and enclose the original invoice, otherwise we will not accept the return. When your returned merchandise is received, we will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges.

Please enclose your packing slip and a brief note explaining the reason for return. Please allow one or two statements for your credit to appear. Crumpler also recommends that you use a carrier for your package who can provide tracking information such as DHL (for your protection and to insure delivery). Crumpler will not be responsible for lost, mutilated, illegible, or misdirected mail.

Can I pay with by cheque or cash?
Crumpler does not accept personal cheques. If you want to pay with cash you will have to go to one of our stores.


What are my Payment Options?
Crumpler only accepts Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit,Maestro and Solo.


When will I receive my order?
Crumpler uses DHL for most orders, and Royal mail for smaller products.

NOTE: Orders received before 14:00 on Mon-Fri will ship within the next 1-3 business days. Items ordered on the weekend or after 14:00 will not ship until the following weekday. The distribution center is closed weekends and holidays.

Within the UK, orders usually take 2-3 days from shipping to delivery. Ireland takes around 5 days to deliver.

In case of unstocked items - due to high demand - we will dispatch your order with only a few days delay.

Please note that the distribution center is closed on weekends and bank holidays.

Sorry, this kind of registration is out of work. Therefore just keep the invoice!


Does Crumpler keep my credit card information?
No, after your credit card is approved, Crumplers computer system generates an authorization number. At this point your credit card information is erased and the system only recognizes the authorization number.
